Due to overwhelming support, we have overloaded our personal email servers and have moved to an online newsletter system. Our provider of choice is Mad Mimi and they have generously upgraded our account to the next highest level at no charge due to our non-profit status. Bear with us as we develop the newsletter.

This is yesterday's blog that we were unable to send:
A big $1,000 donation today from Steve Anderson with K-Bay Charters and Soldotna B&B Lodge! Thanks Steve, for the contribution and the efforts you are making to contact other businesses on the issue. We look forward to working with you as we steam ahead.

We received word today that Senator Lisel McGuire is sending Senate Bill 24, “An Act establishing the Sport Fishing Guide Services Board”, back to committee for further scrutiny and postponing the bill until it can be studied more closely. We applaud Senator McGuire’s big step in taking a cautious and considerate approach to this very important issue.
Please remember to Contribute, Communicate, and Keep the faith.

Inspirational quote of the day:
“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.” - Zig Ziglar (motivational speaker)
