We had discussions today with our legal counsel concerning the timing of filing our case.  Our officers, volunteers, and legal team have amassed documentation measuring over two feet thick as we build our case.  We were told that another 30 attorney hours was needed to prepare, and we are hopeful that a filing can happen within weeks.  As we get closer to that goal, we will keep you in the loop.

Please keep beating the bushes as we do for legislative support, contacting similarly affected businesses, and financial donations.  We are in the process of developing the language for an online petition that we hope to have up and running soon.  Even though those you contact may not be able to provide financial support at this time, certainly they can be persuaded to sign a petition.

In unity,
