Today Captain Andy Martin and I put the new Fish-Rite boat in the water for the first time. The seas were high outside of the bay so we were forced to break in the motors and try some fishing inside Resurrection Bay, Seward Alaska. The boat runs great, but the fishing was slow. Here you see Captain Andy with a green ling and me with a black rock fish. Also, the Wales have been in the bay, here is a pick of a Killer Whale right by my boat. The weather should be calming down as spring get under way. Check back to see photos as the fishing season kicks off.
